Production company
I worked as a researcher and runner for Tin Can Island.
Jobs included:
Using the avid editing software for logging and transcribing rushes.
Constructing travel and film packs for crew
Fact-checking.
Researched content and contributors for the producer to create the scripts.
RDF TELEVISION WEST
Production Company
I worked as a runner for a week with RDF on a programme called Craft It Yourself. This required keeping all cast and crew members warm and hydrated.Â
This also meant fetching things when needed and improvising with what I Â had.
STAR RADIO
Independent Radio Station
During my time at Star I:
Edited pre-recorded interviews.
Wrote liners to be read out on the radio.
Attended a meeting of all staff and contributed my ideas.
It was a short 3 days work experience that really benefited me early on in my passion for media when I was 16.
